It says on the label is honeydew honey "da Bosco" - of the woods...(from a bosky glen?) Wildflower honey. And fern and mushroom and whatever grows in the woods. Is it whipped or churned so it is a spread instead of a liquid? Very tasty.
The label says it is "woods honey" in two languages. Honey from wild bees and whatever grows in the woods (or "bosky glen")like trees, mushrooms, ferns, snails - no, wait, not snails. My entry is = it is wildflower honey with overtones of something like basswood, my favorite wild bee flavor.
