Whew, finally made it to Palo Alto, CA yesterday.
We have met all of D's roommates at Stanford and they seem nice. D is settling in reasonably well so far, although her Fedex packages with all her stuff seem to have gotten lost in transit.
Well that's it for now.

I hope those fed ex packages have arrived by the time you get this. Dahlia has had enough trouble with losing her stuff on this trip.
Come and tell us all about it when you get home!
Good luck to Dahlia!
What a great trip!
Devil's Tower, hmmmm . . . did you feel it before you saw it? Then you came up over a hill and knew why you'd been uneasy the last few miles? That's how I remember it.
Anyway, thanks for stopping in St. Paul.
